Its construction began at the end of 1700 at the hands of a well-known noble family of the time, becoming in the following century the headquarters of the Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa.
At the beginning of the twentieth century the important property, after being sold, was the subject of a total restoration in which a new portion was merged, the service staircase and the garage, at the time used as a stable. On the vaults of the room located to the left of the main door and in scarpellinated stone, you can admire the noble coats of arms that belong to two important noble families of the time.
